My son and I stopped in there today on our little Bothell staycation. This was such a great little find. The shop is so great and lots of lovely books and gifts. The kind lady today (Amanda I think I forget names, but never faces) and I had just the best conversations. It felt like a truly amazing place where you could just sit and chat. It’s cozy and warm environment is just what we need in these times! More shops and people like the staff there is what’s going to keep our communities close! Thank you for the great chat and lovely time for my kiddo.

Cute cozy smaller (compared to Barnes and Nobles) bookshop. I love that they have a newsletter and events hosted there.

I love this bookstore. What stands out for me is the curation of titles and authors. I've never been to a bookstore with a better selection of women and POC authors than Wanderlust Book Lounge. You can tell how much care and attention they put into their inventory. Plus the atmosphere is totally cozy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming here to pick out gifts or just find a new weekend read.

Really cute, positive atmosphere. There is a wide variety of popular books and some more obscure ones too. They also have cute art, whiskey glasses, delightful vinyl decals/stickers and tea towels. Also, very affirming of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and people with disabilities (there was a standalone table with books ranging from the history of disability in America to children's books about disability. Women-owned and -run, a percentage of profits go to supported gender and sexual minorities. The owner seemed delightful.

Beautiful bookshop with excellent selection. Has a small gift section as well. Monthly book clubs are run here as well. Has both adult, young adult, and children's selections. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely shop! I loved the diversity of voices and subjects. This bookstore has something for everyone. Wonderful atmosphere that capped off a perfect afternoon in Bothell!

What a fabulous shop! Popped in to kill time before an appointment and it was like wandering into my own private library. 🥰 In addition to some of the best stocked fiction, non-fiction, and fantasy sections I’ve seen in some time (nearly everything in the shop is on my TBR!), I was delighted to see a table for Hispanic Heritage month, a social justice section, and some damn cool banned book reading trackers (fall project is a go!). As a dedicated library nerd, I rarely buy books these days but I just had to support this place. If you’re in need of a pick me up, do yourself a favor and stop in!

Wanderlust is exactly what people mean when they say shop local and support independent local bookstores. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming and contributes positively to the community in a variety of ways. Online shopping through bookshop.org can support their shop too, and they can help shoppers access audiobooks too. As a local self-published author, I love that they support writers and creators like me too!
